  Staff went the extra mile to assist me. I speak of Ben in particular who after I visited OTR for the 3rd time after I lost a $ 40 phone voucher volunteered to try and get me a reimbursement from the phone company

  Free car defect with any fuel or stale bread purchase. OTR media release regarding the organised police RBT/defect has a lot of holes and explaining still to do. Their apology involved cheap the following day and again more cars were detected. Hook , line and sinker. Until they come clean, stay well clear of all their businesses. Customers are your pawn to barter and strike deals. I will never use your business again. It's hard to believe OTR have even sunk to a new low but I shouldn't be surprised as an ex employer.
